We want you to love your hydration routine, but if you are not satisfied, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on food products and accessories that are in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 14 days to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the package off at your nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
